The Drew Promise
The only cost to you will be the Appraisal, Credit Report Fee, and Lender’s Title Insurance.
This offer will reinstate at the customer’s request on a yearly basis.
Minimum Loan Amount of $175,000 – Owner Occupied, Second Homes and Investment properties. The Promise does not cover the cost for escrow waiver requests. Client must make a minimum of 6 (six) monthly payments prior to exercising this No Points/No Closing Cost option. Client must meet all credit and underwriting guidelines for the program that they apply for.
